TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Combined Tickets Parc du Petit Prince / Écomusée d’Alsace
(Online purchase only – undated tickets)
- PURPOSE – SCOPE
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “Combined Ticket T&Cs”) set out the conditions applicable to the distance and online sale of undated combined tickets giving access to the Parc du Petit Prince and the Écomusée d’Alsace (hereinafter the “Combined Ticket”).
1.2 These Combined Ticket T&Cs apply exclusively to Combined Tickets. They do not apply to any other access passes or tickets sold by AEROPRINCE (single tickets, Season Pass, Star Pass, etc.), which remain governed by their own terms and conditions of sale.
1.3 Any online order for a Combined Ticket implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Combined Ticket T&Cs.
1.4 Use of the Combined Ticket is subject to compliance with:
- the internal regulations of the Parc du Petit Prince ;
- the internal regulations and visiting conditions of the Écomusée d’Alsace.
Each establishment remains solely responsible for the conduct of the visit within its own premises.
- ORDER – ONLINE SALES ONLY
2.1 Combined Tickets are sold exclusively online on AEROPRINCE’s website. They cannot be purchased at the physical ticket offices of the Parc du Petit Prince or at any other point of sale, unless otherwise announced at a later date.
- PRICE – PAYMENT

- TERMS OF USE OF THE COMBINED TICKET
4.1 (To be completed with applicable access conditions)
4.2 The maximum validity date of the Combined Ticket is indicated on the ticket. The Combined Ticket may be used on any date up to that deadline, subject to the opening days and hours of each establishment.
Once the maximum validity date has passed, the Combined Ticket is expired and no longer entitles the holder to any access or service. It cannot be refunded or exchanged, except where mandatory rules apply or a commercial gesture is decided by the establishments.
4.3 It is the Customer’s responsibility to check, before their visit, the opening days and hours of the Parc du Petit Prince and the Écomusée d’Alsace (including seasonal, technical or exceptional closures).
AEROPRINCE cannot be held liable for:
- a visit planned on a date or at a time when one or both establishments are closed;
- the Customer’s failure to consult the opening information published by the establishments.
4.4 The Combined Ticket does not guarantee any particular waiting time, a seated place, or access to all services or entertainment, which may vary depending on programming, attendance or safety requirements.
4.5 The Combined Ticket may not be reproduced, duplicated or counterfeited. Any fraudulent ticket or ticket obtained in violation of these Combined Ticket T&Cs is null and void and does not entitle the holder to access.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION – REFUND – COMPLAINTS
5.1 Right of withdrawal
As Combined Tickets are undated, they do not constitute leisure services provided at a specific date or period within the meaning of Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Accordingly, for Combined Tickets purchased online, the Customer is in principle entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of conclusion of the contract, in accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, provided the Combined Ticket has not yet begun to be used.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send AEROPRINCE, before the expiry of the 14-day period, an unambiguous withdrawal statement by recorded delivery letter enabling identification of both the Customer and their order.
Once the Combined Ticket has been effectively used for the first time at either establishment, the right of withdrawal may no longer be exercised in respect of that ticket.
5.2 Cancellation and closure of attractions or establishments
In the event of cancellation of the Combined Ticket by AEROPRINCE, outside cases of force majeure and fault on the part of the Customer, amounts paid will be refunded in accordance with the French Consumer Code.
- LIABILITY – FORCE MAJEURE
6.1 AEROPRINCE is responsible for the proper performance of the obligations relating to the sale of the Combined Ticket, in accordance with Article L.221-15 of the French Consumer Code.
6.2 The safety, access and visiting conditions fall under the responsibility of each establishment within the framework of its own internal regulations and legal obligations.
6.3 In the event of force majeure under French law (an unforeseeable, irresistible and external event, such as strike, fire, flood, epidemic, administrative decision preventing opening, etc.), the performance of services may be suspended or adapted without the liability of AEROPRINCE or the establishments being engaged beyond what is provided for by applicable legislation.
- PERSONAL DATA
7.1 Personal data collected when placing an online order for a Combined Ticket are necessary for the management of the order and access. They are processed in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).
7.2 The Customer has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the conditions set out in applicable legislation. These rights may be exercised with AEROPRINCE in accordance with the procedures set out on the website.
7.3 Strictly necessary data may be shared with the Écomusée d’Alsace to enable access and security management, in the context of the performance of the contract.
7.4 When browsing the website, cookies may be deposited to improve the experience and measure audience. The Customer is informed via a dedicated banner and may set their preferences accordingly.
- MISCELLANEOUS
8.1 Should any provision of these Combined Ticket T&Cs be declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in force.
8.2 The fact that AEROPRINCE does not invoke a provision of these Combined Ticket T&Cs shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce it at a later date.
- GOVERNING LAW – JURISDICTION
9.1 These Combined Ticket T&Cs are governed by French law.
9.2 Any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent French courts, after an attempt at amicable settlement and, where applicable, recourse to a consumer mediation scheme when available.
